Technology When Turning 65

In March of 2019, Amazon traveled to the UK and India to meet with insurance executives, what happens when everything else is for sale on the internet, you sell insurance. In the world we live in now there are a large number of services that are offered over the computer that only a few years ago we would have never guessed we would be able to access, but is it all good? There is a large group of people who think that rendering services over the internet is the best way to conduct business, you don't need to leave the comfort of your own home and everything you need to get from point A to point B is right there on the website. We have taken a step into the technology age by making improvements to our website (www.insurance4sd.com) but we still feel that having a personal touch to your insurance is something that people need. Yes, there are a hand full of ways that you can get insurance over the internet but a website can't see "HOW" you say things. We love being able to provide that personal touch, we believe that this is the best way to help people because we are able to physically put our arm around our client and let them know that we are here to help. Another item that some people don't think about when it comes to conducting business online is that there isn't a person to ask questions to so in order to make an educated decision you have to self educate. We spend lots of time talking about the confusion that insurance can cause and by jumping into an online insurance service alone might have a tendency to only add to that confusion. Whenever I talk on the radio or record a new commercial I like to leave it with "stop in or call the office", I absolutely mean that as an invitation. We welcome any of our current clients or if you just have questions to stop in and chat with the Anderson Insurance Agents because helping is what we do and when you are happy we enjoy physically looking across the desk to see a smile or sign of relief, not a screen, not a text but a real person showing real emotion.
